Mr. Bratsch studied electrical engineering and information technology at the Technical University of Munich with a focus on the automation of circuit design. After his studies, he worked in this field as a development engineer in South Korea for two years until he returned to Munich in 2013 to train as a patent attorney. After five years in a Munich patent law firm and four years as in-house patent counsel, Mr. Bratsch started working as a German and European patent attorney at Kraus & Weisert in 2022.
Mr. Bratsch's activities include grant and validity proceedings mainly in the field of computer-implemented inventions, telecommunications and electrical engineering.
